Frothers Catalog:

Pine Oil

Pine Oil
The pine oil is widely used in the flotation of various metallic and non-metallic minerals. It is mainly used in the flotation of warious sulfide ores, such as lead, copper, zinc, and iron sulfide, and non-sulfide minerals. It exhibits some collecting properties, especially for readily flotable minerals, such as talc, graphite, sulpher, molybdenite and coal etc. The froth produced by pine oil is more persistent than that produced by other frothers.

Mine Friend- 321

Mine Friend- 321
Mine Friend-321 is widely used in the mines of nonferrous metals eg: copper, lead and zinc etc. It has strong frothing performance. And the foam is persistent, well-distributed. The foam layer exhibits the property of proper size, ductility, viscosity. In the flotation process, it makes some coarse pellet intergrowth float into the concentrate, which has raised the metal recovery ratio. In some mines, it has taken the place of Pine Oil for its better performance.

High Compound Alcohol

High Compound Alcohol
ZQ-903, TZQ-904 are new high frothers. They are widely used in the flotation of copper, lead, zinc, etc. sulfide ores and non-sulfide ores. It is also an excellent frother of nonferrous metals accompanied with gold and silver and non-metal ores. They are also have some collectivity. They can be used as the collector for graphite, sulpher, coal, talc, molybdenite etc. readily flotable minerals. The usage of TZQ-903, TZQ-904 is the same as Pine Oil.
